  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4.3 Quality Standards

All work must meet our quality standards:

  • Accuracy rate of at least 95% for data entry tasks
  • Completion within specified timeframes
  • Adherence to all provided guidelines and instructions
  • Original work without plagiarism or copying

5. Payment Terms and Conditions

5.1 Earning Structure

Earnings are calculated based on:

  • Currency: Payments made in USD or local currency equivalent

5.3 Tax Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Reporting all earnings to appropriate tax authorities
  • Paying any applicable taxes on your earnings
  • Maintaining records of your work and payments
  • Obtaining any required business licenses or permits

6. Platform Responsibilities and Limitations

  • Maintaining platform security and user data protection
  • Offering customer support during business hours
  • Ensuring fair treatment of all users

6.2 Service Limitations

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability of work opportunities
  • Specific earning amounts or income levels
  • Approval of all submitted work
  • Uninterrupted service or error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all devices or internet connections

6.3 Quality Control

We reserve the right to:

  • Review and reject work that doesn't meet quality standards
  • Implement additional verification measures
  • Modify task requirements and payment rates
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Platform Content

All content on our platform, including but not limited to:

  • Website design, layout, and functionality
  • Software, algorithms, and technical systems
  • Logos, trademarks, and brand materials
  • Training materials and documentation
  • Task instructions and guidelines

remains the exclusive property of FlexWork Pro or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 User-Generated Content

By submitting work or content through our platform, you:

  • Grant us a license to use, modify, and distribute your submissions as necessary for service operation
  • Represent that you have the right to submit such content
  • Agree that your submissions do not infringe on third-party rights
  • Acknowledge that completed work may become property of our business partners

7.3 Restrictions on Use

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our platform content
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

  • You remain responsible for any outstanding obligations

Important: Termination for cause may result in forfeiture of unpaid earnings and permanent ban from our platform.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
  • SECURITY OR FREEDOM FROM VIRUSES
  • ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT
  • UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

10.2 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FLEXWORK PRO BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
  • DATA LOSS OR CORRUPTION
  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR SERVICE DISRUPTION
  • THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS OR CONTENT

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF PAYMENTS MADE TO YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlexWork Pro from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use of our services
  • Your infringement of third-party rights
  • Your negligent or willful misconduct

11. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through our customer support team. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

11.2 Binding Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
